Switchgear Enclosure

Ometek regularly makes this 48’ x 48’ x 96’ enclosure for a client in the aviation industry. The process involves virtually all of our capabilities, including sheet metal fabrication, welding, and painting for the enclosure, as well as machining of the aluminum standoffs and custom copper bus bar fabrication—all of which we handle in house. We manufacture all interior parts, including mounting angles, tubes, gaskets, hinges and provide full assembly services. We give our client a one-stop solution for a complex product, ultimately saving time and money.
